Terms & Service
These terms of sale and delivery apply to the purchase of goods on www. nineunitedcare.com, which is owned and operated by Nine United Care A/S ("Nine United Care"), Havnen 1, DK 8700 Horsens, CVR-nr. 41867779.
We recommend that you read the terms of sale and delivery carefully before shopping at www.nineunitedcare.com ("the Web Shop").
Ordering goods
You can order items online 2 hours a day. We handle orders weekdays Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 16:00. Orders placed outside this time will be handled the following weekday.
You choose the items you want to buy and put them in your "shopping basket". You can edit the contents of your shopping basket right up to the moment you place your order, and you can check the contents and price of the goods at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that the customer information you enter as part of a purchase is correct.
When you place an order, we will first send you an order receipt by email. Please note that this receipt is not an order confirmation and that we are not bound by the order at that time. The final agreement between you and Nine United Care is only concluded when Nine United Care sends an order confirmation by e-mail confirming that the order is binding. You will receive a delivery notification by e-mail when we dispatch your order from our warehouse.
Payment and delivery
All prices on the webshop are in Danish kroner (DKK) or euro (EUR) including VAT (25%). Nine United Care pays for the shipping of your order. Any redelivery due to non collection of your package at a post office or parcel delivery point, or if you are not present to receive your package at the agreed time, is at your own expense.
Payment
Payment for purchases in the Webshop can be made using the following payment methods:
Dankort, ViseDankort & Mastercard.
The amount is reserved when the order is placed, but is only withdrawn when the goods are dispatched. In the case of specialised goods produced to order, we will deduct payment when production of your goods begins. If you have ordered several items and one of the items is back-ordered or has a longer delivery time, or special items are produced to order, we will only deduct payment for this item when the item is dispatched. Nine United Care does not charge a payment fee. The final invoice will be sent by e-mail immediately before the delivery of the order.
Delivery
Goods ordered on the Webshop are delivered to the countries that can be selected in the ordering process. If you want delivery to a country that is not listed in the order process, please contact us for a possible solution. Depending on the current order, delivery will be made by courier or carrier, as indicated on the delivery notification that you will receive when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible and the delivery time is shown on the product page, the shopping cart and the order receipt which is sent immediately after your purchase. If your order contains products with different delivery times, for example when ordering a stocked product and a specially produced product or a product on backorder, your order will be shipped in parts.
If there are production delays or other delays in relation to delivery, this may affect the delivery time. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible in the event of delays.
Parcels
For courier shipments where the item is in stock, we will deliver the item 1-2 weeks after your purchase, to an address or parcel service depending on your choice of delivery method. Courier shipments are delivered by GLS.
Pallet shipments
For pallet shipments where the item is in stock, you will be contacted by our carrier before delivery. Pallet shipments are delivered by DSV.
It is your responsibility that the order can be received. It is therefore important that you ensure that the ordered goods can be delivered as agreed. Information on special access conditions must be provided when placing the order.
For deliveries by carrier, a recipient must always be present and must have your power of attorney to acknowledge receipt of the goods. When you receive your order, it is important that you check that the goods are correct and that there is no visible damage. If everything is as expected, the carrier will ask you to acknowledge receipt.
If the packaging is damaged or bears other visible signs of defects, you should only acknowledge receipt on the waybill, subject to any damage to the contents, or refuse to accept the goods and ask the driver to take them back.
If an item is found to be damaged or defective after unpacking, please contact our sales support on +45 4282 0000 or customer.care@nineunited.com who will help with a solution. For evidentiary reasons, please contact our sales support as soon as possible and within 5 days of receipt. However, this does not deprive you of your rights in relation to complaints under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. See more below.
Complaint
If you buy an item and there are defects, such as material or manufacturing defects, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply, whereby you must complain immediately after discovery of the defect. You can complain about defects in the goods within 24 months from the date of delivery by contacting us by e-mail customer.care@nineunited.com or telephone +45 4282 0000. We ask you to provide as much detail as possible and to document what the problem is.
